Return and Refund Policy

At SK Homebaker, we take great pride in delivering freshly baked, high-quality products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below.


1. Perishable Product Policy

All our products—cakes, brownies, cookies, and related items—are made to order and are perishable. Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or picked up.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Orders cancelled within the 48-hour window are non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once confirmed, regardless of the time frame.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take every measure to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or
  • Incorrect (wrong flavor, size, or customization),

Please notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order by contacting us with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Your order number and delivery details.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a partial refund, at our discretion.


4. Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address provided,
  • No one available to receive the order,

The customer will be responsible, and no refund will be issued. Re-delivery, if possible, may incur extra charges.


5. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect order placement by the customer.
