At SK Homebaker, we are committed to delivering your sweet treats fresh, safe, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery and pickup of our products ordered through https://skhomebaker.com.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services in selected areas across Malaysia. If you are unsure whether your location is serviceable, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any additional delivery requests beyond standard coverage may incur extra fees.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not offer deliveries on public holidays unless pre-arranged.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders should be placed at least 1–2 days in advance, depending on the product.
  • Custom cake orders may require additional preparation time.

5. Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is subject to availability and must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp at +60 11 33034910 before placing the order.
  • Extra charges may apply for urgent or same-day deliveries.

6. Self-Pickup Option

  • Self-pickup is available from our store address. The exact pickup location will be provided after order confirmation.
  • Pickup timing must be confirmed in advance to ensure product readiness.

7. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed time slot.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, re-delivery may not be possible, and the customer may need to arrange for pickup.

8. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

9. Product Handling

  • Our cakes and baked goods are delicate. Please handle them with care upon receipt and store them as recommended.
